Maybe you end your workday exhausted from putting in so much more than others in the same role.  Why?  Simply because you care.   Then, comes your second or third shift: when you are met with expectations to suit up and show up for your loved ones.  Never mind your own nagging backache.   You just power through--maybe even put in hours of exercise routine or rigorous sport to just to deal with the stress, or numb it down with some little routine or habits that give you temporary comfort.   In the meantime, you may notice you are developing some chronic physical issues, irritability, sleep issues, or overwhelming need to keep moving.  Does this sound familiar?

Anxiety is more prevalent today than ever, especially if you have a career or profession that demands it. If you are looking to recover a more balanced life and wellbeing---there is hope for peaceful change. Giving yourself just a little space to reach out to be heard and seen can make a big difference.

Clinical Approach

Here, you will be welcomed as you are.  Parts of you that struggle do not define who you are as a whole.  As we work together, you can have hope for change, as you move toward a balanced life with compassionate courage.

{For those who are familiar with therapy approaches, I integrate  IFS (Internal Family Systems), Gestalt, Object Relations/ Psychodynamic approach, with somatic and holistic practices. }
